As a small, volunteer-led nonprofit, we rely on membership for financing the organization's mission.

Volunteer

Click here to learn about openings on our board of directors. Our committees are also always looking for new members. To join a committee, the only requirement is that you are an IPN member (see above to become a member now). If you aren't ready to commit to joining a committee, we often have volunteer opportunities at our events.

Other Opportunities

If you would like to get involved and support prairies locally, opportunities abound across the state. Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation, county conservation boards, and Iowa Department of Natural Resources are just a few of the organizations with educational and service opportunities around Iowa.
